An alternative neogeometry for universal gravitation

The new omnipolar view

Geometric gravity is already a scientific fact, but there is still a gap to be unraveled, namely, the divergence of the explanation of the gravity of massive bodies when it enters its mechanism in the microscopic world governed by quantum physics. There is, therefore, a possibility of redrawing this question that will be presented here. Our approach is based on the thought experiment procedure, bringing a new paradigm of approach to this subject, which we hope will conquer the reader's point of view. We assume that explaining the Universe can have a version to be understood by anyone, not necessarily a physicist or an aerospace engineer.

What we propose here is not to establish a new particle or entity integrating the space-time algebras or to decompose new subparticles of the periodic table of gravitation-friendly physical particles. The purpose of this text is not to garner applause, which is not expendable, of course, but to form a deconstruction and at the same time provide an opportunity for reflection.

Thus, we will here only present conjectures with the aim of founding a new category or philosophical basis about the interpretation of gravitational interaction.

We therefore present the following presumptions:

1st: The entire meaning of three-dimensional space with 4π steradians can be interpreted by a meaning of only one dimension or pseudo-dimension, that is, an observer (not necessarily using vision) can consider his three-dimensional perception of space as a single dimension. We will call this thought experiment omnipolar view, or ϕ view(figure 1).

Figure 1. The φ view.
Figure 1. The φ view.

2nd: All things in life of any nature can be associated with the idea that it is the result of an univocal geometric arrangement, in such a way that things could be considered elements of a superset of things, that is, everything that is possible would be represented in the superset.

3rd: Once the second postulate is valid then the superset can be associated with a continuous generatrix of geometric elements that translates such an idea, this generatrix would be such as a circle or circumference and its infinite possibilities of containing figures perfectly inscribed to it, that is, bounded, but infinite in possibilities, just like the superset. The arguments of this conjecture are better described in the text presented in the link:

As consequences of these postulates, we would be able to deduce the following reasoning:

a) The universe is something ready, that is, it is limited, but infinite in its possibilities. And because of that, the Universe time is zero, it will instantly respond to a demand.

b) We, as observers, do not have prerogatives, that is, we are a geometric element of the Universe, we are ready-made figures.

c) Specifically regarding the first postulate, it takes effect to suggest that the gravitational mass of a body would be well represented as a set of geometric possibilities well distributed in the omni-dimensional pseudospace, so, if translated this mathematically, the mass would be a density of information. The arguments of this conjecture are better described in the text presented in the link:

Particular consequences of these hypotheses:

  • All bodies or objects would be connected by an omnipolar dimension;
  • The arrangement of the solar system, for example, would be a consequence of the geometric arrangement of the Universe through a single dimension (omnipolar), or through the ϕ view, which we call here a pseudo-dimension (figure 2), and where the conventional spatial dimensions would be encapsulated.
Figure 2. Suggestion of how an alternative geometry could replace the representation of universal gravitation without transgressing current physics: an omnipolar perspective.
  • We, as observers of the Universe, are at the same time its geometric elements, but we have as an intrinsic method of being drawn with one more geometric element in our representative polygon. This extra geometric side would be the physical time that would impose a delay in the instantaneous events of the Universe in our observer’s view.

Comment:

1- Such a set of explanations is consistent with the fact that we cannot move beyond the speed of light. It is also compatible with the property of inertia, since every body has inertia when moved.

2 — A body in free fall, for the Universe observer, this fact is an already existing design, therefore omnipresent, but for us as observers such event is a polygon whose one side corresponds to the trace of time.

3 — A body or object in gravitational orbit would correspond to a pseudo-point in the omnidimensional space, and its relative position would be a function of the infinite geometric possibilities of the Universe, given the intrinsic information density of the bodies, suggested as mass or inertia. For the Universe, such a body orbits as a single event, since all the events in the Universe already exist, but for us as observers, the various events, such as the angular position in orbit of such a body, would be in successive delays due to the intervention of time as part of a geometric figure.

The appearance of this explanation would be comparable to the “backstage” of a process, where things happen, but what is delivered has another presentation. Therefore, we will call it the “Backstage Theory”.

This theory does not seek to oppose formal theories, as well as contemporary ones. We can even bet that it is compatible with any of them. The idea is that this theory can be shown as a receptive epistemological description for the theories of physics that today are in conflict or in gaps regarding the physics of gravitation.
